Return and Refund policy

Return and Refund are accepted for the following cases: cases:

1. If the customer received a damaged product. 2. If the customer received wrong product. provided the bottle shouldn’t be opened and product shouldn’t be used. In this case the return is free. The customer will receive a label through the email. If you didn’t receive a return label through the email, contact customer service to receive return label through email. Print the return label to send the product on its original packaging or use a padded envelope to return it. You will not be charged for return shipping or any stocking fee. The product should be returned no more than 30 days of receiving it. Make sure to email customer service for damaged or wrong product once you receive it. Refund: Money is refunded using the original method of payment through PayPal: How long does a PayPal refund take? PayPal can process refunds the same day they are issued, depending on the original payment method. Because PayPal sends refunds back through the same payment method used for the original transaction, it can take different amounts of time for the funds to show up. PayPal account balance: same day. Bank account: up to five days. Credit or debit card: up to 30

Refund requirements:

1. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment. Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

2. Handing item 1-2 business days.

3. Return up to 30 days from receiving product

4. Refund up to 30 days to show in the account after issued or after seller receiving product back
